Community Composition Specificities of Cyanobacteria in Paddy Soil under Different Ecological Conditions

In order to explore the distribution of cyanobacteria in paddy soil under different ecological conditions, composition, diversity, and environmental drivers communities rice fields from six regions Jilin Province (China) were investigated. The results showed that 16S amplicon high-throughput sequence detected existence 16 phyla, 33 orders, 60 families, 113 genera Province. dominant populations soils comprised Cyanobium_PCC-6307, Synechocystis_PCC-6803, Planktothrix_NIVA-CYA_15, Nodosilinea_PCC-7104. Each sample included a significant proportion nitrogen-fixing filamentous Anabaena Nostoc according microscopic analysis. structural properties diversity differed by geography, with pH SOC being main community structure. alkaline S1, S2, S5 displayed greater than acidic S3, S4, S6, displaying greatest diversity. This research has crucial implications for developing utilizing local resources.
